How it works
Once connected, you can upload lease documents and send them for e-signature directly from the RentPay Leases page. Your API credentials are stored securely and used only when you explicitly send a document.

SharpBills RentPay is SaaS property management software. We do not hold, store, or transmit tenant funds. All rent payments are processed through your connected Stripe Connect account. E-signature integrations use third-party providers — we store only your API credentials and do not access your signed documents.
